Naomi Cookson
Naomi is Wokai's Chief Operating Officer.
Our website, launched in November 2008, is the center of Wokai’s work. In order to drive traffic to the site we are recruiting two interns to work with our Marketing Director in Wokai’s Beijing office during the spring of 2009. Each intern will work closely with the Marketing Director and take on different areas of Wokai’s marketing plan. We seek a Web Optimization Intern to focus on the Wokai Pilot Program (beta testing of our website), Search Engine Optimization, and optimizing the content of our website to increase our “sharability.” We also seek a Media Analyst Intern to focus on actively listening to what media reports about Wokai.org, help identify the best publications to target for Wokai marketing, create new press releases and content for the website. Interns will also be asked to help with office tasks, writing, and editing.
